Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Sexually Transmitted Diseases is a group of diseases and phenomenons, and accordingly with its name, are transmitted during intercourse. This refers to a variety of conditions and factors:

  • Bacterial (Syphilis, gonorrhea)
  • Viral (AIDS, viral warts – condylomas)
  • Fungus or parasites (lice, scabies)

These phenomenons have a variety of symptoms: tingling, itching, stinging in urination, stinging in sexual intercourse, frequent urges to urinate and lesions (syphilis), and a wide variety of other symptoms.
Since the symptoms are visible and sometimes bother daily functioning, it is recommended to find out the source of the problem and get proper counselling (sometimes for both partners) as soon as possible.

Treatments:Treating condylomas with laser/Nitrogen/local treatment

“Destructive treatment” – a laser beam that locally ruins the lesion may solve stubborn warts, other treatments, multiple warts, where there is an objective difficulty to locally treat, and warts in hidden and “sensitive” areas. The treatment is suitable for both men and women. It is short, involves local, tolerable pain and a quick and almost unnoticeable process.
